The next step is to present it as General Partners to qualified investors via electronic or personal notifications outlining specific property details for review. If interested, investors can agree to invest by sending a commitment letter for the desired capital contribution. Once the required capital has been obligated, JTM Ventures secures the funds to acquire the asset, and our investment partners receive their ownership documents. JTM Ventures will regularly update the Investors regarding the performance of the asset and their capital. This is typically accomplished quarterly, but individual investment reporting periods may vary.
