Principals
John Mouradian
​
John possesses expansive competence with numerous types of business ventures. He is a full-time commercial real estate investor and entrepreneur, with previous sales and marketing skills acquired through positions at ADP and Johnson & Johnson. In addition to his passion for commercial real estate, John is a franchisee for 4 Rita’s Ice stores in New Jersey.
Growing his personal businesses over the past 25+ years considerably strengthened his skills in sales, management, leadership, and communication. John owned and operated a construction company, which enhanced his residential and commercial construction management abilities. He continues to develop his commercial real estate knowledge and strategies by attending quarterly mastermind meetings. John graduated from Rutgers University in 1995 with a degree in Economics.
Tammy Mouradian

Tammy Mouradian has valuable experience with business management and operations in multiple industries. Prior to graduating from college, she gained payroll and accounting experience at an automotive business, familiarity with legal documents working at an attorney’s office, and contract negotiation and auditing in the managed care/finance department at St. Peter’s University Hospital.
These experiences, along with positions at Aetna and Morgan Stanley, allowed her to excel as a front and back-end business and software consultant at Reynolds & Reynolds. Equipped with the skills she gained as well as her strength in creating systems while serving as executive director of John’s franchise locations, she smoothly transitioned into real estate investments. Tammy provides the behind-the-scenes support that is the backbone of a successful business, including underwriting, leases, taxes, and accounting. Tammy graduated from Rutgers University in 2000 with a double major in Biology and Public Health.
